I feel I need to put this out there, this shop is run by a very great person PETE he took care of my sister with brakes on her car all the way around, when other shops in the area were going to take advantage of her PETE stepped up and made her car safe for an affordable price and I can guarantee that she will not go anywhere else but to this shop here in Beaverton on canyon road.Thank you Sir you did my family right Thank you Jason

Every single interaction and experience I’ve had with this shop has been 100% positive. I have observed them to be : Professional, no nonsense, experienced, organized, clean, and honest. When other shops gave me the run around and stalled for time, these guys got the work done quickly & without any hassle. I’m very impressed and I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a similar experience. Good job, Meineke Beaverton!

it's very easy to schedule an appointment online for an oil change! and the gentleman that helped me at the front desk was so kind and truly made the experience so easy breezy. i wish i could remember his name... i think it started with a P. Pete, perhaps? 10/10 would recommend going here for future car fixes! thank you everyone @ Meineke Beaverton!

I went to the meineke in Beaverton. They say they replaced my refrigerant in my ac, while actually my compressor was bad and they charged me 400 dollar. Checking on the system later the pressure is 0 PSI, meaning they didn't refilled anything and still charged me 400 dollar. This is really bad charging me for a service they didn't do. They should hve just charged me for the diagnostic on my AC (bad compressor). This is ripping off people and lying about the service. Very bad service to do things like this I called Meineke back and they did not want to settle this, so they did not wanted to work towards a resolution as they stated in their feedback. They charged me for a wrong service and they answered me rude and did not want to fix this. So I would not recommend anyone going to Meineke, since they are unreasonable to work with and charge people for wrong diagnostics.

I think it’s really unfair and not ethical to give a customer a list of things that need attention on their car in bright red saying urgently needs attention and never addressing that that’s based on mileage recommendations and that there’s not necessarily anything wrong with your car at the moment but we’d gladly replace things that don’t need replacing for thousands of dollars if you like I think that conversation should be upfront 100% every single time they hand you those recommendations but it’s not so you walk away feeling like you have a broken car with thousands of dollars in repairs that you can’t afford so they offer interest free credit cards for those services and again you don’t necessarily even need them at the moment. Shame on this company for not doing better, considering a majority of their customers are seniors and women.
